Our servers may temporarily process standard request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.

4. Analytics and visit count
Reel Invite records a simple visit count using a random identifier created when a page loads. The identifier is sent once to our own server and is not saved in cookies, local storage, or session storage on your device.
This separate visit-count record does not contain your name, contact details, uploaded content, campaign tags, referrer, browser details, or IP address.
When configured, we also use Google Analytics to understand page views, website interactions, and purchases. Google Analytics loads automatically without a consent popup and may use cookies and process device, browser, and network information. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our website integration.
Our custom analytics events exclude contact form fields and uploaded content. Our page-view events use route patterns instead of private invitation links and omit URL query strings and fragments.

5. Data security
We use appropriate safeguards to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, misused, or accessed without authorisation. Uploaded media is used solely to create your final product.
