Purchased video files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to:
- Resell templates or use the materials commercially without explicit permission.
- Decompile or reverse engineer software contained on Reel Invite.
- Remove copyright or other proprietary notices.
3. User content
You retain ownership of photos, text, and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and modify it only to generate your customised product.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use and authorise the submitted content.
4. Disclaimer
Materials are provided on an “as is” basis. Reel Invite disclaims implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
5. Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, Reel Invite and its suppliers are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, website materials.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Applicable disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
