1. Agreement to terms

By accessing reelinvite.com, you agree to these terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and responsibility for compliance with local laws.

2. Use licence

You may personalize and share a purchased Live Invitation, Immersive Invitation, Daily Wish or greeting for the personal event or business purpose described by its product category. Relevant templates may be used for business greetings, promotional greetings, real estate and commercial events. This permission covers the finished item for that event or campaign. ReelInvite and its licensors retain the underlying template artwork, software and design assets. This licence does not permit you to:

• Resell templates, redistribute source artwork or offer templates as a competing product without written permission.
• Decompile or reverse engineer software contained on Reel Invite.
• Remove copyright or other proprietary notices.

3. Hosting and membership

Purchased Wedding and Save the Date invitations, Live and Immersive, are hosted for 60 days from activation. You may renew one from your dashboard at any time, for 30 days at ₹500, 90 days at ₹1,000 or 180 days at ₹3,000. A renewal bought while the link is live is added after its current end date; one bought after it has expired runs from the day of payment. Renewals take effect as soon as payment is confirmed.

Other purchased Live and Immersive Invitations are hosted for 30 days from activation. An expired link displays an expiry state. You may request an admin-reviewed, paid 7-day or 30-day reactivation; the charge is shown before payment. Reactivation is not automatic. Optional MP4 exports, where offered and entitled, are separate from hosted link validity.

Membership is optional and provides the listed benefits while active. Individual purchases do not require membership, and membership does not grant ownership of templates or indefinite hosting.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before payment. All purchases are final: ReelInvite does not offer refunds or cancellations. If a fault on our side affects a purchase, we will fix it or deliver it again, as described in the Refund Policy.

5. Magic Card

A Magic Card is a printable card whose QR code opens your invitation's camera (AR) view. You print it yourself, following our printing guide; print quality, paper and how a particular phone scans the card are your responsibility. Anyone holding the printed card can open its camera view, so share printed cards only with your guests. If a photo of your card is shared beyond them, you can issue a new card code from your dashboard; cards printed with the old code then stop opening the private view.

6. User content

You retain ownership of photos, text, music and other content you submit. You allow us to host, process and display it as needed to create, deliver, support and share your selected product, subject to the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use and authorise the submitted content.

7. Disclaimer

Materials are provided on an “as is” basis. Reel Invite disclaims implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Reel Invite and its suppliers are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, website materials.
